    I see this occasionally with my Z10. Workaround for me is to go into Settings->Accessibility->TTY Settings. From there I would toggle TTY on/off and that would seem to fix it.

    Try turning off phone and use a paper clip to reach in Port and pull out debris from pocket and life. Also after or before try BlackBerry virtual expert

    Had to send mine off to BlackBerry to get fixed. Took 2 weeks. Luckily it was under warranty. Works great now but I don't use it much now since I bought Bluetooth headphones. Saves on the wear and tear.

    I found that non-BlackBerry phones often don't work. Thought I had damage. But BlackBerry issue work fine...

    Probably lint. Turn off phone and try a wood tooth pick with phone inverted so gravity is working with you. I'd avoid any metal pick.
