Hello everyone

I'm having issues with my jack it's just making stuttering noises and the audio won't play through the headphones. The audio pays through the speakers. I've Googled and turning the tty and hearing aid setting on and off didn't work.

I tried multiply headsets including beats and my samsung headphones.

I dl bbve and tested everything on my phone. Everything passed except the headphone jack test. Clearly because it hasn't been working.

This problem came out of no where I didn't drop my phone. No water damage to
my knowledge.

Have no clue what to do please help.

I have the latest t-mobile software if that has anything to do with the issue.

Also one last issue is every since I started using 10.2.1 (several versions) my browser tends to have missing plug ins.

Yes adobe is enabled so I don't know the problem.

I can't hear embedded vocaroo recordings which I had no problems with before.

Kinda weird because before I upgraded I could play any and every type of audio and video. Now not so much

I really do love my phone but this head set jack is making me angry.

Do you have warranty? Definitely sounds like a faulty headphone jack
Might just be a production fault with a faulty component

OK if I was you I would first backup, then wipe the phone and reinstall the OS to eliminate any questions regarding playing audio/video file types. If this fails, then more than likely it's your headphone jack.

This happened to me and I had to send my phone into BlackBerry for repairs. Took 2 weeks. Jack works 100% better now. Good luck!
