    Need some help with my mom's Z10. Both my Z30 and my Dad's Z10 connect to our wifi without issues but my mom's z10 is refusing to connect.

    The wifi spot has a hidden SSID so I am manually entering all the details. I made sure that the SSID and Password are correct. But I can't seem to get past the Wifi connection status saying attempt 1 of 3. Then it says connection timed out.

    Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance! Been trying everything I could think of but no dice

    A woman refusing to connect, eh?

    Only thing I can think, assuming you matched up all settings, is either an OS issue, or possibly hardware. Is she able to connect with any Wi-Fi?

    Haha. Turned out to be an OS issue. Factory reset fixed everything. All is good in the hood, problem resolved
