So me and a buddy are at a bar. He's an iphone fan. We are just bantering at each other. While a lady in a nice business suit sits beside me and says "You are a crackberry (not the website but persons who won't let their blackberry down) head too? I say yes. Guess what she whips out of her purse? A freaking bold 9000. Yes a bold 9000 she says she's been using that and she loves it. I told her about other blackberry phone. She had NO idea. She missed out on whole track pad. All together. I showed her a bold 9900. She immediately fell in love.

As of that I hadn't shown her my z10. So she was so happy that she wanted to buy off my work phone.

As a gentleman I am. I showed her my z10 hehe. She was freaking out on how amazing this phone is and all of that gestures.

Long story short. She texted me next day saying that she just bought a z10.

Believe me when I tell you guys. There are who still don't know about track pads on BlackBerry phones let alone new BB10

Asked my mum what new mobile she wanted, she said she wants one that she can text with !!! That narrowed it down lol

Great story! atleast you enlightened someone about the device, that's exactly what we need! Spreading the word in that way, giving someone a hands on with the device is much better than a picture or specs - they can immediately draw a connection to it. That was in my case where i picked up a unit at a bestbuy the guys had and was in love with it! made the order just after walking out the store.

I demonstrated my Z10 to one of my employees today, he was having trouble with his Android phone and is ready to move on to something else...he seemed quite impressed by it, especially the keyboard...he may be a new "crackberry head" next week when they drop on AT&T.
