What version of OS Software are you running?

You can either use an Autoloader or Sachesi to try getting a newer version of the OS. Both of those methods are discussed in the Leak OS subforum.
Ya tq let me check!!

Yes. I'm facing the same issue with Vodafone. I think, it happens when phone tries to switch between the best possible 3G to 2G signals or vise versa.
Don't press end call when on call. Simple.

You can't do anything when it hangs up. It gets stuck automatically halfway on left hand side (where we receive calls) with green bar lighted. It only come back to normal when it gets proper signals.
It's definitely a signal issue as far as I have observed.

I can't even move neither left or right. So i can't attend or reject.

Exactly. I think it's a signal switching moment causes phone hangs up.

It also might be an issue with your sensor?
Once I got a similar problem
What you could try before wiping your phone:
1.) Make a test call just usual
2.) When the call is running take your phone away from your head and hold your hand on the upper part of your phone - about around the front facing camera.
Just cover that park with your hand.
3.) then watch if you display "turns off" while covering that aera - it should. And if you take your hand away it should go on again.
If it doesn't behave that way (if it won't turn off) your touchscreen is still sensitive while you are on the phone - which means while talking you could hang up your phone with your chin.
But you can reset your sensor with pushing AND holding your power button until it reboots again (which will take about 15-20 seconds).
Might be that problem?
I once had that and was like: "What's going on?!" - but I was just hanging calls up with my face.
Hope that works.
