Say, this is a compact post !

2 ideas :
1. A battery calibration issue : go through several genuine wall charger 100% load cycles
2. Contacts problems with your battery : check the pins are clear both on device and battery and try to raise the stickiness with a small paper folded in 2/4 placed between the battery and back cover.

But, maybe some extra details won't hurt (what OS version, what STL model, when does this occur ...)
