    Since updating to 10.2.1.537 My Z10 crashes. I'm having to reboot several times a day. I've taken out the battery and checked for new software updates. I am current. Any ideas?

    Reinstall the OS, you shouldn't be experiencing issues like that.

    The OS really is creating problems after the update, hanging several times a day. Even not able to sync with the pc properly through BB Link. The free flow experience on BlackBerry z10 have problems. Done re-installation s well hope it gets clear soon, with the next update.

    I experienced my first freeze since the first week I had this phone (pre 10.1). I actually had to do a battery pull, had a OS 7 flashback!!!
