I've had nine for a week. No freezes or hangups. Occasionally the crack Berry 10 app crashes but it does not affect anything on the phone. Also had some weird text message behaviour. Other than that stable as a rock.

Funny as my hub just froze and had to reboot. Just a blank white screen when I tried to edit a mail account setting from hub
My hub also froze after returning from a screen share and video call. Half the hub was bbm screen that wouldn't move.

I had one issue today I could not rectify without a restart. My phone had password locked and was in a holster. I missed a call and I had a voice mail notification. When I unlocked the phone I could not get past the vm notification no matter how many times I hit ok.

Twice for me so far. The first was a couple days after I got it. I missed a call and it gave me the two pop up I believe one was re dial the other was cancel. I tried to press re dial and the other button but nothing worked and the screen was un responsive. Battery pull fixed it.

The second time was about 30 minutes ago. It was weird the home screen had everything stretched out and the screen again was unresponsive. Battery pull fixed it.

Only 2 times is Ok because I've been using the shhhh out of this thing.

Yes mine has. I've had mine since Feb 5th, 2013 and started to freeze on web pages a few days ago. It can be annoying, but a small thing for me considering it just came out. Hopefully they will fix it in an update soon. What I really want is a native private number blocker!! The Z10 only offers to block all incoming numbers! Sad.

Have had the z10 less than a week. With email and SMS the unit will suddenly stop enabling text to be entered. I still get the 'click' key sound, but there is no text entry. Not writing War and Peace, SHORT emails / SMS. Have to reboot. Ross Melbourne Australia

Had mine since early Feb but no freezing on UK firmware. I had some slow downs for a little while but removing the eBay app and the travel app seem to have sorted that.

This is likely due to a known issue and will be resolved in an update.
Open Settings - Language and Input - Spell Check, make sure Ignore Words with Numbers is set to 'On'

I call bull **** on that I have had mine since launch with no problems never freezes had a few apps crash a few times but never had to reboot. BB10 is a solid OS. Getting tired of trolls like you talking out of your *** about things you have no idea about.

Regarding 'Bold Bigworm' from 14 April and the stretched / unresponsive screen. I had this today - first time -. Email with photo attached sent by my brother who uses a Samsung Galaxy. I turned the z10 off then on and the matter resolved. Only found out someone else had this happen by checking this site.
