    My z10 was acting strangely just now. The touchscreen was not responsive which had never happened before. I rebooted it. The black and white logo appeared just fine. The color logo sometimes is visible but there is no progress animation. At some point color pixilated bars appear across the screen and it is not responding to any input on the touchscreen.

    Link can see it through the USB and I have attempted to restore it but no luck. It looks like either a catastrophic software fault or the touchscreen has failed.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Call your carrier. Sounds like a hardware failure. Get a replacement.
