I am having a good time with my z10 but am facing lil issues.

First of all my work exchange email is getting setup on wifi and not on my data package i dont kno why. I have filed a complaint with my provider but they also dont know why. It says connection failed. But on wifi the setup happens and i receive emails.

In india it was working fine.

My emails were working fine.

In uae, on the providers list only myvgmail is showing and not my work email.

Is anyone else also facing this issue or is it only me.

I'm not sure if my problem is the same but I can't get my host email working on my z10 either. However it was easy to set up a yahoo account. So I may just transfer my stuff over to the yahoo one.

When you say you set up and it works via wifi can you expand?

Have you set it up in the office on the office wifi, and it connects ok there, but when you leave it stops working? If the connection is failing, does your company permit external connections directly via Active Sync / MAPI? Did you have a corporate blackberry device previously that was activated ok?

I am using the settings on my s3 and my IT guy is like you can use it. When i was in india it worked did a setup and all and it was confirmed

Here in uae i cant setup on the bb package but wen i am dping it on wifi it is working.

Either its my network pr something else no idea. Still tryin to figure it out.
