    My Z10 doesn't found mobile network. I tried my Sim card on iPhone.4 and if found the mobile network..
    . Any suggestions?!

    Try to switch your mobile network from automatic to manual and see if any network appears then.

    Z10 - STL100-1 supported frequency:
    2G Network GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - all versions
    3G Network HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 - STL100-1
    No 4G / LTE.

    SA Al Jawal uses the GSM 900 / UMTS 2100 frequency bands for its network.

    You should contact Jawal to see if they can help you.
