    All incoming calls are diverting to voicemail. I have done all normal checks to see if I had inadvertently selected call forwarding etc... but all normal. I never divert calls. Any ideas how to solve this.

    Problem finally sorted by selecting call forwarding ON and then selecting it OFF. Must be some gremlin in the system!
