Are Z10's compatible with 4G / LTE bands of each carrier, or are they completely different?

On paper, they're slightly different. In reality, they're probably not.

The T-Mobile version on paper and in reality works on both networks. The AT&T version, on paper, is not supposed to work on TMO's HSPA+ network, but based on most accounts here, it does.

I keep seeing bunch of different specs and I checked Wikipedia trying to clarify this but even with the info available there I can't match the carrier frequencies to device specs.

What exactly are these two networks use for their 3G, HSPA, HSPS+ and LTE? Do you have this?
I also heard T Mo actually has different Bands of LTE in different markets, is this true?

    Thanks.

    AT&T bands: UMTS 850, UMTS 1900, LTE 700 (band 17)
TMO bands: UMTS 1700, UMTS 1900, LTE 1700

TMO doesn't have multiple LTE bands (AT&T does: they have refarmed 850 MHz to LTE in a handful of markets.) TMO does have two UMTS (3G/HSPA+) bands though: 1700 (primary) and 1900 (secondary, but growing.)
