I do a security wipe on my z10 (10.2.1) , during first 40 minutes it shows SIM type symbol on screen then screen goes blank. Now its almost one and half hours, it is still blank , before starting security wipe I had connected it to power source. Now please tell me what to do now as I am new to blackberry. Waiting for an early reply . Thanks in advance.
