My z10 started deleting emails from the email server on download today. No phone upgrade, I've not changed any settings, I use uplink earth as a hosting. I don't see any settings for this on the z10 at all.

I need it to stop doing this, the emails need to be left until my outlook gets them so I have copies there.

Look for these settings within your email account:

BlackBerry Hub settings>Display and Actions>Delete On

The Delete On drop down menu will have 3 choices:

Delete on Hub
Delete on Hub and Server
Prompt

Check to see if the 'delete on hub and server' is checked. If so change to 'delete on hub'. This should fix your problem.

That's not the issue at all, it's not an issue of me deleting emails from my phone and then they get deleted from the server. When my phone checks for emails, if it finds them and downloads them it then removes them from the server also.

For the last however many years, it left them then when my outlook would get the emails it would delete them so I always had a copy on my outlook.

I fixed the problem, by deleting the email account on the phone and installing it again. Something happened, I dunno but it is working correctly again, it' was obviously an issue with the phone.
