    10. I'd like to see it go to 11, but it does pretty well everything I want, doesn't drop calls, doesn't fail at email, runs all sorts of software, and never screws up.

Basically the diametric opposite of an iPhone.
Lmao.. opposite of iPhone? You have never owned one gave you...

    More comedic value please

Well, first Phone that surprises me that much....
Me and my dad give it a nice 9to10.
I do understand that for a lot of people there are a few things missing.

Well, it has to be a 10 for a Z10. But let say 10 out of 12. But I have a feeling it is way above the competition.

8.5/10 does what I want for me. Could care less about app world. Some small issues which I'm sure will be resolved.

I'd give it an 8 or 8.5/10. It's my first BlackBerry. I like it more than my iphones. With 10.1, I think it'll be bumped up .5 more.

I would give 9. Few futures missing from previous BlackBerry but it's definitely back in business phone.

More of a 7 for me. Love the flick keyboard. The maps are great (but should landscape).

Downsides: can't click a phone number and dial from a webpage or even an email or text. Can seem to copy/paste very well. The select, copy, paste from my old Torch worked perfectly.

Still have many room for improvement, especially the user experience and some features is better and more flexible on the previous os. Hopefully the software update can solve this issues.

Only used it for a while, but it was truly innovative:

After the novelty wore off I'm going to have to say 5/10.

I still feel it has potential to grow which is why I was generous with that 5 but for now I'll be storing it away and will be using my iPhone5 until the HTC One and S4 comes out, will be purchasing one of those 2 but I'll keep checking for updates on the z10 since I won't totally give up on it

    Wow, generous with a 5...
I don't know, but I guess it's about the feeling you have with the phone. I had an iphone4, it was cool, but pretty much useless FOR ME. I always ended up using mu bold 9780 for serious stuff . Had a few weeks an Iphone5 and it was the same.. once I got the Zed, I can only say it has some things that will need improvement, but for me it's an 8.5/10
Waiting for some minor updates, few apps missing.. but a great phone.

I should have known better than to be an early adopter.
I have supported BB for a long time. I've defended them against my friends' iphones and androids. I stuck it out with a torch for a year after contract to get a z10 as soon as it dropped in the in states. I expected there to be problems but erroneously assuming BB would still outshine every other phone at being a phone (at being a communication device).
    Phone quality sucks.
    Contacts is a disaster.
    Syncing is anyone's guess.
Battery life is at least improving.
These are all things I NEED and use daily to communicate; the primary reason I get a phone. BB has allowed me to quickly and painlessly stay in touch anywhere. That is no longer the case. Now I have a very expensive, barely connected, handheld gaming device (the only part that works well/consistently). Oh joy, just what I wanted. /sarcasm As far as I am concerned, BB dropped the ball big time with past customers/supporters to pander to the tween asshates that want shiny games.

Come on, what phone are you really using that you can't communicate from anywhere? Really? Because it can't be the same Z10 that I'm using.

How can I communicate when I don't have any contacts. The best I was able to do was manually export them from and then use the desktop software to import them into the phone. In what world is that acceptable. There are both open tickets for BB and with MS about this. How can I communicate with people if I do not have their contact info?

I've had my Z10 for a full three weeks now

    -1 for reboots
    -1 for freezes
-1 for subpar FB app. I sell art with a fb page and need for FB to work for me

7 is best I can do

As a day 1 upgrader in the UK after the original problems with it I would have given it a 7/10 purely on the basis that I couldn't do things with this new phone that I could with my 9900.

But since then with the mental Twitter app constantly advising of tweets. The FB app with news feed in disarray, now an inability to post status updates it was down to a 6/10 at most. Now in the past few weeks my contacts hub has gone totally haywire linking totally random individuals, hiding some contacts and basically taking more time for me to rectify than I want to spend sorting it out.

I have to be honest, if it wasn't for the fact the Sim is one of these micro sims and my 9900 hadn't started with the dreaded 1:3 LED Flash when I security wiped it I would have reverted back to it. So unfortunately its at a 5/10 for me though I'm hoping BlackBerry make me totally re-evaluate.
