My z10 will sync Calendar when connected, but will not sync contacts. Any thoughts on how to fix?

There are many threads on this. If you have local contacts on your phone they won't sync until you transfer it to the synced contacts.

Are you syncing via Gmail or Outlook?
Go to settings � Accounts � click on Outlook or Gmail and ensure the syncing is enabled.
You may have shut this off when creating the account.

Outlook. Sync is enabled. Have tried the obvious fixes and even re-downloaded bb link.

On the device Under Calendar, Swipe top down, up comes "refresh, Manage, Settings".
Under Contacts, only "Help, Settings" show.
Should there be a "Manage" option in the contacts area like there is for the calendar

Outlook.com or outlook connected to Exchange?

If its outlook.com.....

If its your first time and you transferred all your contacts, its likely they are under "local contacts" and they won't synch at all. You will need to transfer all the local contacts to outlook.com. See this http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...008-pc-874823/ especially post #10
