I have an unlocked Z10 STL100-3. In two separate attempts to upgrade to 10.3, my microUSB Charger Port became disabled as a result of the OS upgrade. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it?

At first, I thought I may have killed my battery and/or my Charger Port when I upgraded the OS to 10.3.0.1416. I went so far as to purchase additional batteries, external battery charging devices and a replacement charger port. It wasn't until I used one of my replacement batteries and BlackBerry Link to reload a version of OS 10.2 that I realized that my original Charger Port still worked. (Yes, the port allowed me to transfer data in order to communicate with BlackBerry Link, but it would not recharge my battery.)

I was able to roll back to Software Release 10.2.1.3062; OS Version 10.2.1.3442; Build 704040 but as it did not have access to the Amazon Appstore, I thought I'd try 10.3.1.1154. And once again, my microUSB port allowed for the transfer of data, but would not recharge my device.

I will be rolling back to 10.2; but I would appreciate assistance in being able to get up to 10.3 as soon as possible.

I also have a Z 10 100-3, but my problem with upgrades is somewhat different than yours. Any time I allow a push-upgrade over the air, my Android runtime gets scrambled and will not run any Android or Android port apps. The only way I have found to repair this is to wipe the device, and start over. I cannot even use a backup from Link, as this restores the runtime corruption. As a result, I have toggled the allow auto updates funtion off, so that I can properly prepare for an uppgrade by backing my data and apps up manually. Pain, but less so than having to restore and reload everything by hand from scratch.

Here's something I would consider. Try plugging in to a wall charger, and see if that makes a difference.
If so, it means your computer is incompetent in charging, and now 10.3 is displaying correctly that the charge is not happening
Also, did you do autoloader install or non-destructive update? If you did non-destructive, use an autoloader
