    I just got a Z10 today on Simple Mobile(T-Mobile MVNO), ported my number over and everything was working fine besides receiving text messages. I have data, can send texts, can place calls, but cannot receive. My APN is set to simple as per the instructions on Simple Mobile website. Any ideas?

    Do you have twitter or Facebook? If so, turn the notifications off for both and restart your phone. Also, connect your phone to BlackBerry Link and do a back up. Both have worked for me.

    I don't have any accounts setup yet as it is so new. I tried a security wipe after rebooting it several times without results.

    What phone did you have before?
    If it was an iphone, you need to cancel iMessage from your iTunes account in order to receive text on a non iDevice.
