    Good morning,
I am not sure that my Z10 (STL003) is 100% compatible with Bell LTE network or not?

But according to what I see, Z10 STL003 can run on Quad Band LTE 2, 5, 4, 17 (700/850/1900/1700 MHz)

And Bell network is on Band 4 Advanced Wireless Services (AWS 1700/2100 MHz) in most coverage areas and Band 7 (2600 MHz) in a few areas.

Which is the same con 1700MHz. But when I use it, it only got to HSPA+ and that's it.

    Any help?

I had this problem with Bell as well. It turns out that our corporate plan was unlimited data for BlackBerry but LTE access was not available with this plan. We had to switch to a different plan to be able have LTE service.

STL100-3 is the right Z10 model for Bell.
Is it possible you're in an area without good LTE service? In Canada it's hardly everywhere yet.

And are you sure the phone is set to use LTE?
You need an LTE micro-sim card, and then must have LTE turned on.

    Set it to: LTE/HSPA+/UMTS

Mine works. I've found that LTE is as yet a rare bird to find in most of Alberta.

I had this problem. It turns out that when I got the phone they did not give me a sim card compatible with lte. If you go to a bell store they will be able to tell you if that is the case.

I have unlimited data and don't get LTE. I called Bell to switch to LTE with 6 GB of data for a day and got LTE but then I changed my mind and switched back to unlimited.

First make sure your in a zone covered with LTE (different than 4G)

Then make sure you have their new LTE SIM card.

Bell is using Band 4, so it's not a problem with the Z10. Actually, until recently when I switched to the Z30, I had a Z10 on LTE since launch, in Montreal.
