I have a friend trying to activate a z10 on b mobile in Trinidad. There is no sim card in the phone but wifi is connected. However she can't get past the "blackberry solution licence agreement screen.".
The boxes are greyed out.

Have you tried with the SIM card inserted?
How long is she leaving it on that screen? Is she sure she has a good Internet signal there?

She would need to configure WiFI before going any further if she does not have an active SIM inserted in the device.
Correct if she has no Internet it will not work. From the screen shot it looks like it's trying to register the device. So make sure she has an Internet connection

Thnx for the suggestions. My understanding is that the device is connected via wifi.
There is no sim in the phone as yet as she's going from a Bold, and that sim doesn't fit. A new sim is coming.

Well we can see it's connected to the router, but is the router actually connected to the internet? (As mentioned above).
Also, if connected and still no-go, put in an active SIM and try with cell network.
Cut down the sim she has until it fits.

Thanks. Her provider cut the sim for her and it worked. :)
