Having a problem with fill in flash. If I use flash to take a picture I get a yellow tinted center. Is there a fix for this?
Found the fix. Pull the camera back and zoom the screen . Great camera. Who says that I am not a professional!

If someone is using a Z10 camera they are no professional. The camera, in my opinion is quite good. It's there if I want a quick snap and done!

I personally love the camera. Not as good as my gf's SLR but for quick shots, this is one of the better cameras on the market. My friend who has an iphone 5 and I were at the Blue Jays home opener last week, and he noted himself, that the Z10 takes quality pics and we compared (on our phones) pics that we both took and noticed my phone had more detail then his did, but then we noted that some of his pics were better.

I have found my Z10 takes better pictures if the stabilization is turned to normal

    Try it for your self,

Sorry! I don't know that Nokia 808 has Time Shift mode as well. I thought Z10 is the first smartphone camera having Time Shift feature.
The 808 doesn't have time shift, only burst. Overal the 808 quality is better, and you can take faster pictures when you are off center focussing, as the focus remains after each picture whereas the z10 focuses again after each picture, especially when off center focussing.
When I compare the pictures on a full HD screen the difference in quality is even more visible.

Not saying the z10 is bad, it just doesn't win from all cam phones.

Lumia 920 has "Time Shift", Galaxy Note 2 too.
Found out that neither Lumia 920 nor Galaxy Note 2 has a real "Time Shift" mode. They offer only "Burst" mode with up to 5 snapshots for you to choose from, not even close to what Z10 can do.

The camera is great and has sharpness and depth details. It's focused it self. The green square is my friend for moving around to a light area or dark one. That makes a picture with the z10 ok or just very good. The phone makes better pics then the iphone 5 if you make the right choice with the green square. I compared it with a friend and my pics where sharper and more natural but some pics wer sometimes litbit darkened but when I moved the green square to a darker spot it makes het pic brighter. So you must play with it.

And for my standard comment. If you want hte best photos, you spend $600 on an SLR. You don't assume your $600 smartphone is a $600 camera.

With Lumia 920 (or any Lumia) you can change the faces, just like the Z10, and remove objects.

Nokia bought the company who created "Time Shift", Scalado.

The Note 2 and S3 have Best Face modes similar to Time Shift. It shows a row of face images across the bottom of the screen and you pick the one you want to keep. I like the way BlackBerry did it, since it zooms in on the face so you can see more detail.

I think the complaints come from the original camera software, which did lack some, especially with dark images. The last update helped out the camera functionality, and it wouldn't surprise me to see more camera updates in the next release.

Its an unfair comparison, and I have 3 DSLRs. But from what I can see it is quite good.

    My 5c worth

With a f2.2 vs iPhone 5's f2.5 and both having a similar 5 element lens and 8MP sensor, it is down to the software. It took Apple years to get to iOS 6, to drive the camera.

Wait till OS 10.1 on Blackberry. With ISO control updated and a few other tweak between 10.0.9 and 10.0.10, the camera grew by leaps and bounds.

My Blog has lots BlackBerry images that made Apple Fanboys run with their tails tucked...

The Z10's time-shift feature is fully baked.
