    Hi everyone, loving my Z10 so far, only one problem. When i am on a phone call the person on the other end say they can hear static, and on my end it is very hard to hear the other person. Anyone else having this problem?

    Sometimes a cell site is bad try calling from a different location.

    Do you have to enable this or is it automatic if the person on the other end had HD on their phone?

    It's dependent on your provider and the phone your calling.

    Test it out by going to a city or near your carrier's cell tower then determine whether calling that same number is the same problem. Try another number. If the problem persists with different numbers while you're near a tower, then you may have a defective phone.

    I'm having the exact same problem! it works on speaker and headset but on handset there's only static on the other end.

    I found that the call quality on the z10 is much better than it sounds on the S3. Hope you will be able to find the source of the problem.
