I installed the OS leak (version 10.2.1.176) for my Verizon Z10 when it first came out and ever since then, BBM has not worked for me. When I start it, I get the screen that says "No Blackberry Data. BBM is unable to connect to the server. Please try again later.". Does anyone know what the problem could be and how to fix it? I appreciate your help.

Can you access other data specific things?

Can you access the BB App world?

Have you tried to manually register your phone with the BB servers?

I can access all other data related things. The only thing I can't get working is BBM.

When referring to BB servers, are you talking about service books? How would I manually register it?

Thanks Kris! I sent the request. It said "registration requested" but I haven't heard anything back about it since. I'll wait a while and see what happens.

I already have it installed and it's not working. I was going to try to delete it and reinstall but it isn't an option to delete the app.

I sugest u download the latest leak 10.2.1.1925 is much better than 10.2.1.1055 u use right now
you can try sideload bbm bar file if you know how to side load
