After Installing a BB OS 10.3 leak from the forums and using the phone for a couple of days with no problems whatsoever, after I forgot to charge my phone and the battery draining my Z10 is refusing to charge. I'm using the USB charger that came with the device, only the cable is a bought one, not the original one, since I lost that one.

I plug the charger in, red LED comes up, then the Blackberry screen and it's an enldess loop. I tried leaving it over night like that, it didn't fix the problem and I also removed the battery and tried turning the phone on like that.

I would appreciate any help.

whenever my device turns off without battery charge, it does not charge even if i try for hours. I tried battery pull, different charger and all..but i dnt know how, sometimes it get charged normally. but still the problrm is there when the device turns off. I started facing this issue after installing 10.3 leaked version..Please help..

You can try re-installing the official OS using BBLink or an Autoloader from the Leak subforum.
