    Have a T-Mobile Z10, Operating System 10.1.0.2006. Since the last operating system update I can't keep this thing charged. It also seems to heat up for no reason when I have it sitting on the table which really drains it. Any suggestions?

    May be a bad OS install. Or an app gone rogue. Sounds like something is working out of order and draining the battery. My solution would be a reinstall of the OS with a clean reinstall of apps.

    Otherwise remove all recent apps. If still trouble take off all apps. If still issues then OS reinstall for sure. If a bad app reinstall may cure the issue.

    Sounds like a bad app. I have the same version on T-Mobile, same OS etc.

    I have had that happen a few times. A reboot fixes it. I think it is caused by a process that is hung. I have seen the same issues on laptops.
