Hey,
I've noticed over the past few days that my z10 isn't fully charging (it continuously has the lightning bolt through it even though it has been on charge the majority of the night.) I remember seeing this when the phone came out but thought the issue had been resolved? I try unplugging the charger and plunging it back in but it's still not stopped it..
Any help would be appreciated

I think this is fairly common, I'm on my second Z10, waiting for my third, and have the problem with both phones I have had so far (but not the reason I keep returning them). Also there are some old threads on this that might be able to help you out. I think its a software issue, but sometimes turning the phone off or restarting it helps mine realize its fully charged. But if I do leave it charging all night I do wake up to 96% most the time, restart it and its at 100%, happened to both my phones so I'm hoping its just a software bug.

I found this if I kept the phone plugged in ALL night. I would wake up at 2am and my phone would be at 100%, left plugged in it would run off the battery once 100% charge was reached. I wake up and it would be somewhere around 90%.
