Hi guys,

I just received my Z10 yesterday and i really love the experience. This phone, now my phone is awesome.
Haven�t had a better phone in hand. It�s always a joy.

But unfortunately I�m experiencing some issues when connecting my Z10 to my Mac. The connection of three HDDs of my Z10 is dropping all the time. I dpn�t know why this happens. Also, the when desktop software isn�t open, i cannot access my sd card nor the phone (HDDs) manually. This is very awkward. BB desktop software is not able to backup my device.
Main problem is phone cannot hold connection with my Mac. Can somebody help please???

I have the same issue. Very bad Mac compatibility. Wifi sharing is not working, cannot backup, cannot even open pictures/movies/docs when connected with USB.

All this with BlackBerry Link.

Hope someone looks into it.

Nobody knows a solution? I'd really appreciate it. I cannot side load android apps as well because my Mac ad z10 seems incompatible... hope rim works hard to make BlackBerry link better. If it is a bug I hope BlackBerry fixes it with 10.1.

I have no issues at all on osx 10.8.3,

Only thing i can say is that if i have a password for my device i have to open Link to unlock, then its fine.

If I remove the device password from my phone altogether i have no issues at all

Hey, i dont know if you have already tried changing the support for USB connection to Mac, please see screenshot..

Yes, I tried it. Didn�t make a difference.
If BlackberryLink isn�t open, Mac and Z10 stay connected. But as soon as I open BBLink, after a few time, Z10 gets dropped.
Even when only on wifi sharing, after a few times Z10 loses connection to BBLink, network-determinded-error or something...

same issue, after some time it drops the connection of the drives. We need an update to fix this glitch with BB Link.
