This is refreshing to see BB hardcore and diehards sorting through the various issues. I actually have a relative who is a bmobile rep and could understand your fristrations all so well because I often have to be giving advice from Canada lol. I dont know why those carriers dont invest in some training for their employees.

Line is like whatsapp and flipboard is a news feed app like feedly. It collects news, tech news, twitter feeds, Facebook time lines and a few other things like CNET, wired, Huffington Post, NY times etc, once you select them. Twitter timelines to me are the best on flipboard. Sideload and check it out.

You need a different plan. The old BlackBerry plans won't work correctly on bb10. I don't think you have 4G LTE in Trinidad but you will and should get H+.
