Purchased mine opening day at Verizon last Thursday in Huntsville Alabama which is a very densely populated engineering and tech savvy town. At 6:30 pm I was the 5th customer to buy a Z10 according to the sales rep. I wonder what kind of volume iphones and androids do on any given day...

great to hear!! Anyone seeing if the promotional material is any better with TMobile or Verizon than it was with AT&T? In the stores is what i am refering to.

I've heard Verizon is doing a really goo job but I haven't had the opportunity to see anything.

Not in the USA, but here in Canada, in my city, the carrier stores and Walmart are marketing it well: big posters and at Walmart there's a nice display as well.

I live in a California college town, needless to say there's a very dense hipster population. I walked into the local Verizon store on release day around mid afternoon. Plenty z10 signage and it was the first phone displayed. Was told that I was about the fifth or sixth person buying the z and the salesman seemed excited to be selling berries. I was surprised how pleasant my experience was considering I'm not a huge fan of verizon.

Supposedly z10 selling 400000 per week between ATT and Verizon. Curious to what preorders were

AT&T where I bought mine sold all 10 the first day. The reordered, and had plenty when i got mine. The first day a BlackBerry person was demoing them at that store.
