Hi Everybody,

I have a demo Z10 from Telus. Phone itself seems pretty well built and definately an improvement for BlackBerry. That being said, the ActiveSync on the device is not working well. When first setup it seems fine, but after a few hours the device comes out of sync and stops working at all. You can re-configure the settings and it will resync but again that only works for a few hours. I would like to say this is an issue with the server but the iPad2 and the Samsung Galaxy III are working on the same account.

Has anybody else seen this? This is very frustrating and is hindering my testing with the device so I can get new phones for the comapny users.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Comments? Known Bugs?

Try a different ActiveSync account or test with a secondary device.

I have 4 activesync accounts and all of them work fine.

What OS version are you running?
I have issues with one out of 4 EAS accounts I have, I'm told that's fixed with the latest software update.

Do you have access to the Exchange server ? If so, might check the log events, to make sure that's clear.
