I'll expand a bit in why I keep these 5 apps open

BBM, scrolls through BBM status updates
Weather, shows current and the rest of the day
Calendar, shows next appointments
CB10, scrolls through latest updates
NY Times, shows latest news update

I find quick access to glance at these updates easier than having to open and close them all day

Interesting. I usually close mine, but I may leave it running now. Except for BBM, couldn't care less about status updates. In fact, I rarely open the BBM app at all, I just use BBM through the hub haha
