    The phone appears to be face down in the picture. That would put the volume rockers on the left side and the BB emblem at the top of the battery cover. Sorry I don't think it's a Z.

    definitely not a z10. in order for the volume buttons to be facing the camera, they would need to be on the leftmost part of the phone, while the phone is face down.

    The device is more than likely face up, I would say it is a very good chance it is a Z10
