I have rearranged my BlackBerry icons and put things in folders. But I have changed my mind, how do you go back the the original layout with out getting rid of downloaded apk files!? Thanks

Open the folder, hold on the icon you want to remove from the folder, drag it down to bottom of the screen. No need to delete anything. It will appear on a main page.

Unless you do a restore from some backup, you probably will have to do it manually. And, yes, if you restore from backup, it might affect others things changed since the backup.

    Good luck

That's assuming the backup has the original layout the OP is after.

I hope the screen shots below help out.
Except for the Snap and Android Central apps, everything is arranged originally.

As mentioned already, You'd have to do it manually. i.e. hold an icon until it starts pulsing and slide it to the left or right until it disappears. If a screen is full already, you need to create empty space(s) so when you move they'll have a place to go.

Personally I couldn't live without folders to organize everything. Good luck.
