My phone switches off past it goes below 20%, what ever app I am in or so it shows "phone shutting down" and my phone shuts, please anyone can help me out with this problem.

This is a known problem for that device and has no specific solution.
One of the only best known work around for is this: When it switches off, remove the battery and leave it for an hour. Then put it back and charge it to full. Make sure it is charged full. Then you are good to go.
In order not to keep having this problem, you need to make sure that you always charge your phone. Don't let it drop to 39% before charging.

Can't agree. On stl100 and mine goes down to 0% without any problems. I'm using 10.3 leak though. Didn't test it on stable version. By rule you should not drain your lithium ion battery below 30-40% anyway. Why risk it when he don't have to?
