    Well,the update install restarted by default, I did not initiate one. Good idea, I will do so and see.

    The restart did not help. The error msg in payment options is disturbing, "unable to complete update..." hope it's not referring to the OS!!

    Just act like you plan to complete a purchase, in BlackBerry World, then close the transaction. Payment options will return

    I had this issue for a while. I'm on T-Mobile . Restarts wouldn't change it.
    What fixed the issue was when I went into BlackBerry World and purchased an app, it asks for payment options...i cycled through the payment options on the confirm payment screen. Since then it shows correctly in the settings screen.
