    Hmm works fine for me. Maybe a stupid question, but have you looked at your data to see if it's on or off?

    Did you try rebooting your phone?

    Try using a YouTube app and see if it works

    I have seen this message a few times recently when I've "tricked" the browser eg paused a video then swapped networks or something like that. I just close the tab / refresh or restart the browser and it's back to normal. Perhaps, as mentioned above, it is a problem with youtube servers eg you have desktop mode set in the browser and you browse the mobile site...

    Indeed. I have to assume that there is a language barrier involved. I can't imagine someone understanding what was said and being offended.

    This could also happen if you have an intermittent signal, or in low coverage areas.

    I'd be interested in knowing from OP if he can access YouTube if he does turn off data and operate exclusively on wifi. Or the reverse of that as well.

    I wouldn't believe that except if the government made a restriction. Normally, like what I already said, it could happen if you have an intermittent signal from the carrier or Wi-Fi, or in low coverage areas.
