I have had to exchange my phone several times because of the the reboot issues and now i am getting an error "You have reached the maximun number of pin changes for this account" when I try to update my apps in the Blackberry World on my replacement z10.?

How do I reset this error in the Blackberry World so I can update my apps? I have searched the data base and there is nothing about how to do this?There is no phone number call for support either? Help please.

Is your device connected to work, i.e. Exchange\BES? Maybe the server needs a setting changed...

This is a BlackBerry world issue and it's to stop people trying to share bbid's across phones, eg one for a group of friends and only paying once for apps.
