Installing a leak will wipe your phone. You'd need do backup via Link and then do a restore afterwards.

So soon as I do the restore my phone will have all the apps bk with the saved games on ect like my angery birds lol

I don't think the saved level will back too, restore only restore the game.

That certainly was the case with the games I have.
Of course your mileage may vary. It may be best to wait for an official update if this is critical for you.
