    I am seeing this issue on my z10 at&t sometimes and my boss is seeing it all the time. Connected to bes10 IT policy is to require password. When the device locks and it prompts for password after entering it can take a long time before anything will show in the hub. Mine is not nearly as bad as my managers. My z10 will take 10 seconds max but his will take up to a minute. He has cleared out his inbox and same result. He only uses this for mostly work email and uses an iPhone for everything else. Reloaded Os a few times and the problem is still there. Anyone have any ideas? I was going to create a separate policy on the bes with no password required and push it to his device and see if that clears it up.

    What OS are you guys using? Later version 10.1 OSs are better.
