    It's a known problem right now. BlackBerry is working on fixing this. Please do not keep replacing Z10s for this issue. It should be fixed in a pre-10.1 update.

    Once again, this is a KNOWN ISSUE. Changing the toggles in Settings or BlackBerry Hub will NOT make it work. You will just have to wait for an OS update. It's coming.

    Weird - I have the .348 OS and it's working fine including text, browser - everything! And yes - I confirm that the keyboard orientation for BBM only works from the Hub.

    Same here..!! I logged into crackberry to see if anyone else is having this same issue. No Word Substitution during SMS??? What the??? Make no sense... I hope Blackberry fixes this.. This feature is very useful.

    Oh I know. That's why I said I tried that a long time ago. I'm not still trying anything. Just patiently waiting, its not a big deal for me at all.

    My sms word substitutions do not work either. Fairly certain I have the latest OS on my Rogers Z10.

    As others have mentioned it works everywhere else (bbm, emails)
