    I purchased the VZW BB Z 10. Some of functions carried forward from my prior device (a Torch 9850); however my Custom Dictionary and Word Substitutions (developed over many version of BBs) did not.
    I still have the 9850. Is there any way, with BB Link or otherwise, to get that Custom Dictionary / Word Substitutions ported from the 9850 to the BB 10?

    I had the same problem transferring to BlackBerry 7 from my Curve 8530.

    I too have the same problem moving from a 9780 to a Q10. And looking at the backups, there does not seem to be a way of bringing it in via a restore.

    Any help much appreciated.
