I'll take the Z10 any day...yes...any day over an S4. Androids are garbage when it comes to their security, availability for updates are" who knows when " (Neither HTC or my carrier could tell me when an update was coming) their keyboards are useless compared to ANY BlackBerry. No Java. Heck even the new IPhone 5S isn't comparable to the Z10. I have to laugh when people start comparing an iPhone 4S to a Z10. Tiny screen, battery doesn't come out, cannot use SD cards, processor is very slow, no Java,etc,etc.

Why do people buy such junk?

Androids is an open back door to trouble and privacy issues. Read up on how HTC got in doo doo over privacy related issues.

The company will be assessed every second year for the next 20 years because they got too nosy, and breached users' privacy.

Really?????....I'm going to feed the troll only because I can relate.
I'm also not going to go into much detail other than to say: I own a GS3, GS4 and a Z10. The GS3 is a backup, the GS4 will help finance my Z30 when it drops on AT&T, my Z10 goes everywhere with me.... and that's where my sim card resides.
It was against my better judgment to post here & "feed the troll" but I actually felt compelled.
I'm out....

Obviously a BlackBerry is not an android device. Android apps can run better without the bloatware, but until now not all apps run. Maybe you could do some research before buying. I don't buy a pc if I need mobility and not a tablet if I want full 3d gaming experience. Even if I can use either mobile or some 3d games.

Try and sell it on Craigslist or Ebay! Ebay looks like some used were sold between $130-$200 for used. Craigslist I was told might get you more money because of some folks not being able to get one in other country and like to send them back home!! (Those were AT&T"s words, not mine). I would also UNLOCK it before selling it.

To be fair though, 10.2 indeed is buggy.. my wife's Z10 got a notice for 10.2.0.1767 official update, and after the update, the camera no longer works. Can't view videos, also can't open youtube videos via browser. If it's a leaked one, then yea understandable.. but an official one??? I started a thread regarding this issue

I went from an S4 to a Z10. Glad I made the switch! The only thing I miss about it is the S4 camera. Other than that the Zed10 is just as good, if not better for what my needs are.

Wait for the next release of 10.2.1. I think that you will be pleasantly surprised about the android app compatibility.

And when those apps arent available as ports or native in BlackBerry world we will still have these same threads...
This is what happens whe people google andriod on bb10. People get directed to links about how andriod runs on bb10 better than andriod.
How people have all there apps on there z10.
Even if the op did some research this is what they would have found.
The crackberry community is just as at fault for misinformation as the tech blogs and complainers who come here.
Oh but the 10.2.1.578 blah blah blah runtime blah blah blah is getting...no is old.
