My biggest concern with the z10 was that it was only 16 gig. I have thought this was a mistake since day one. For the minimal costs they should have made the phone 32 gig.

I have had it a month now and I am already out of space. I don't even have that many apps! The problem is these game loft games are HUGE. I recently bought nova 3 and it won't even install with 3 gig free.

I wish they would allow apps to go to the Media card.

By putting everything except apps on an SD card, you would be fine. That's what I do (64 GB) and it works perfectly.

The only advantage to having a larger internal memory would be you could have more apps on the phone. I don't really know of anyone who holds more than 10GB worth of apps on their phones at any one time (even the large games - pick the one or two you want, delete the ones you aren't playing and then download them again when you need to).

SD card takes care of the rest.

I wish they we could get into the 'Other Data' section and edit some of the content inside. I'm sure there is wasted memory in that folder.

Not everyone's download speed are marvelous. Also, you'd have to start over.

Not really. What takes space are textures in games, and they don't change between platforms. Same as with computer. I got a 3 screens setup which spans 5040x1080, and my games are the same as if I had only one screen, I just get a larger FOV.

(WTH? You may not have permission to edit your own post in CB10 app?)

Edit: That said, S4 has 64 GB models, so if someone craves for internal memory (and wants to pay more), he could buy this version instead.

They should offer 16Gb, and 32Gb internal storage for the next generation device.. or mid-life Z10 spec bump doesn't hurt either. So those who need larger space have the option for larger memory. Or if they can make store apps in sd card, that would be nice too

I wish there were the option to choose between a 16, 32 or 64 (heck give me 128-gigs, lol). But I do like having game loft apps on my phone to show the others platform users that I have it too. So, for now I just uninstall the apps that I am not using (just uninstalled Spiderman, due to it being on the PlayBook). I am with you on that OP... My $0.02

Much better having the option to add and SD card! Why make it more expensive for everyone? Plus that's just more SKUs you have to stock. Peoples really need to think about what is more effective and efficient for a whole product line. With the remote file access no need to store gigs of media files either. Just learn how to use things to the best of your advantage. P.S still possible for OS update to let apps be saved to SD

I pretty much have the apps I need and even if I add a couple in the future I still have 11 gig free and I don't see using all of that. I did put a 16 gig card in the z10 for my photos and videos. I do see the need for a 32 gig version for the folks who store allot of music, photos and video data.

No way I can agree with you on this!
4 models of Z10 (STL100-1, -2, -3 and -4) with 2 different CPUs x 3 memory capacities = far too many cries of 'what should I choose' or 'why they did not offer less options'...
But I am with OP: I just believe that the 32 GB would be the best option, offering twice the current capacity, and not increasing the cost tremendously....

One of the games on 9900, a 'rollercoster thing', installed to the device saved some of the game data on the media card. But due to the differences in the OS I don't think it is doable in OS 10.xxx

I dont care that it is only 16 gig, and i shouldnt exactly say only, because i went from 1 gig to 8 and now to 16. But, apps need to be able to be put on an SD card.

Apparently they are coming out with a "flag ship" version which will likely have more memory. For me this is the usual toy vs tool issue. For my every day work -- and I am in the motion picture business -- this phone is more than adequate.
