You'll only get EDGE, no 3G. However, it REALLY does depend on your specific model of the STL100-3.. I know, confusing.. read here - http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...bility-838091/

I'm going to be trading the SIM in my Wind Nexus S for a Micro SIM tomorrow, to see how well it works in my unlocked Fido STL-100-3.

Where did you get yours? I assume mine is the same model that Rogers uses.

My Koodo Telus STL100-3 works on Wind 3G.

My Rogers Z10 works on full Wind 4G (I'm the guy that responded to the OP on the referenced thread). I was one of the first few to actually give it a shot and I'm very happy I did. Just be very mindful of the model... must be STL100-3 and RFF91LW unless you have the official Wind model.

About 3 months in and so far it's great.
