I'm trying to get it working... can't update the firmware... going to try an android phone. my old thunderbolt can't download the app.

I've had mine for a few weeks. After the successful normal Bluetooth pairing with my Z30, the Android Toq app will show the Toq is connected, but yeah... it wouldn't update the firmware for me either. I went ahead and updated the firmware by connecting it to my old first series Samsung Note. Even after the firmware update, my BlackBerry still won't talk (pun intended) to the Toq.

I'm running the BBOS 10.2.1.1055 on a Z30. I installed the Android Toq app just by opening the APK file on the BlackBerry after I downloaded it on my Z30. It seems to run fine without any errors and detects when the watch is connected via Bluetooth, but none of the notifications or watch face changes or anything works.

I just tossed it in a drawer patiently waiting for Qualcomm to release SDK and API documentation. I haven't even cut the watchband yet because if they decide not to release SDK and API info then it's going on eBay.
