I can connect to my WiFi network, but it seems I don't actually have Internet access. I can't load anything when connected (Web, app world, can't send BBM messages). I was on official 10.2.0 and it wasn't working and now I'm on 10.2.1.537 and if still isn't working. Any ideas?

Is your wifi working for other devices, PC, laptop etc? Did you try to delete your WIFI profile and reconnect? Trying rebooting your phone? Rebooting your modem, router? All worth trying. How old is your mode, router? B,G,N?

Yes I have done all of that. My laptop, xbox, and other family phones connect without issues.

I had some issues with my wifi not staying on (limited/losing connection after about 10 minutes every time). I seem to have fixed it by turning off my router, removing the network from my saved networks and then restarting the router + re-adding the network.

Maybe that will also work for you, this has only ever happened on .1925 for me.

Did you try my way? Restarting the router was not enough for me, I really had to remove the saved network from my phone too (and then re-add it).

Yeah, mine in a Z10 will have limited connectivity after some time. I reboot my router and it functions normally for a longer period before coming back to the same problem. Are there any solution for this?

I've never had this issue with 10.1 and since the update to 10.2.1, I get limited wifi connectivity a few times a day.

I also noticed my BT connection isn't as consistent either.

I am having the same issues....but here is a little more info. My ISP is Bell Canada......My Z10 will connect to others wireless networks but not my own.....it was connected prior to a security wipe.
The issues is not just with the Z10.....my daughter has an iphone and it will not connect to my home network either. My conclusion is, after trying all the suggestions posted, that it is a router problem and I am going to contact my ISP. Something must have changed between the time I connected my Z10 to my wireless and my security wipe. I had to go to someone elses place to complete set up after the wipe. I will report back after I hear back from my ISP about this problem.

I had a similar problem and it been solved By updating the router..all i did is pressing the reset button for 10 seconds. And wait till the router restart it sell and it got updated About 7mins..then i conected and everything.working fine now...try it..and if the automatic update doesnt work call ur Internet carrier to update it manual...

    Good luck

I'm having this problem too! I'm on Rogers, and everything else is connected, but I have been getting limited WiFi on the phone. I just deleted the connection and then restarted my phone and reconnected again. Will update on how that has worked. This is a little annoying though!

    The usual steps are:
    1) Physical reset of router.
    2) Update router firmware
    3) Change router channel
    4) Change router mode (N, G. Mixed etc)
    5) On phone clear out saved profiles and re-scan for your router
    6) Make sure date and time on phone are correct
    7) Sometimes an email account (like a work account) can prevent connection
    8) Can you "ping" on wifi? Settings > Network connections > wifi > advanced > select ping from diagnostic. Ping and see if it goes through.
    9) In the diagnostics selection check "internet connection", check IPs.
