Does this happen on different routers or just one?

There are LOTS of factors that can affect you Wi-Fi connection.

What OS are you using, what type of security is the router using......

If you can give more information, you might have more luck getting help.


My only limited suggestion would be...

Check your phone with other routers... if it's just the one, try changing the security. If it doesn't work with any routers, a security wipe, and maybe a fresh installation of the latest official OS for your device and then test before doing a restore.

There have been reports on the forums of WiFi problems. To help you better, we really need to know what OS you're on. Can you tell us? We can search the forum for wifi issues specific to the OS you're on.

Thanks guys I am using 10.2.1.3175.. actually it is happen with all routers I tried it with 3-4 routers...

Yeah, this happened to me as well after the update, I had to security wipe and that fixed it for me. Now the battery life is the issue. Way worse than before the update...

It will wipe everything off your phone so do a backup with BlackBerry Link first. There's a button method or you can do it from Link.

But I just got to Settings > Security & Privacy > Security Wipe on my phone and then it will ask you to type BlackBerry to confirm the wipe. It can take a while to complete depending on what it on your phone.

Backup everything if there's anything you want.

Yeah, it is a little sketchy sometimes for me but I disabled it at system startup and it seems stable, only opens when I plug the phone in. Slow but stable.

When my phone connects to BlackBerry link so there was two network drive are open but right now it is connected with BlackBerry link and no network drives are show.. help

My 2.4 stays connected but the 5 keeps dropping after a while too.
