My Z10 works great with any other WiFi devices I've run into. But a brand new Cisco WET200 bridge cannot communicate with it. Other devices are working with the WET200. Any ideas? We've tried different channels, auto channels, rebooting, etc. It just doesn't see the network at all to even try to connect to it.

Are you sure the SSID isn't hidden?

It's not hidden - can see on other devices and connect to it. We updated firmware on the Cisco and it didn't help. I had updated my phone to 10.0.10.116 (newest available in my area) a while back and haven't had problems with any other WiFi devices. I think this is a problem with this specific device.

Try disabling encryption, and see if it allows it to work. Then confirm if it works with each type of encryption. WEP 40bit, WEP128bit, WPA TKIP PSK, WPA2 AES PSK

I may be onto something. I was going to try the different encryption recommendation and just connected with a laptop via WiFi, and it connected... then quickly went to "Limited connection". It's OS is Windows 8. So it seems very likely there is something up with the wireless device we are connecting to. I'll update if I can get a resolution.

-Update. Well the laptop didn't connect because I had the IP screwed up on the laptop. Now the laptop connects fine. My Z10 still won't connect! I've tried no security, WEP 64 bit and 128 bit. That's all the options this (apparently old) model of wireless access point gives.
