    Did you try to reboot?

Or go into your wifi settings and reconnect?

I would take out the wifi address... totally.... reboot again and setup your wifi calling again. Other than that I'm out of thoughts sorry .

My phone had issues right after update. Then it pretty much settled down. I find wifi calling is most stable when set to wifi-only. The one time I couldn't reconnect I turned airplane mode on and off and I was back in business.

I did a Web search for it. http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-3256
T-Mobile side says to turn off wifi calling. Reboot and try it again. If it's still gives you the error to contact customer support.

I've got this reg99 error too. I'm on 10.2 though. I've read that a new sim chip may be needed but that doesn't explain why wifi calling was working for a moment.

Just checked the T-Mo BBerry forum and thus far not one complaint on wifi calling so I suspect it's not a wide spread issue. Again, have found keeping mine on "wifi-only" gives solid connection.

Updade: I get the reg99 error but after a while it goes away. Sometimes I get reg91 error but that goes away also. I almost always get the error if I keep turning wi-fi calling off and on, or switching between wi-fi only and preffered.

Anyone with errors connecting: just leave it on for a while and it seems to work itself out. A reboot always helps.. turning wi-fi off/on helps toggle the setting too.

    (T-Mobile running 10.2.0.1047 and 810 radio)
